Junior Infants have been learning about the way that heat changes some of the food we eat. We had to make a decision about how we could melt the chocolate bar that Ms. Meade had for us. We decided to stir it over a basin of boiling water ! 🔥 We talked about all of our ingredients and we got to see what chocolate looks like before and after it melts. We took turns stirring our mixture and we made one bun each. The buns were delicious, we had to wait until they cooled down before we could eat them, it was very hard to wait but it was worth it.
