As part of our VEX project, we invited Paddy Carroll and Bart to visit our school and talk to us about Electric cars. They both own electric cars. Paddy owns a Nissan Leaf, Bart owns a Renault Zoe. We learned the different speeds of chargers, that you can charge them for free at any ESB point and ESB install a charge point for free at your house.
We learned so much and enjoyed their visit. Since we were so good and asked insightful questions, they allowed us to see their cars. They were so quiet. We couldn't hear the engine at all.
We can't wait for our next visitor...........
