The boys from 4th and 5th Class took a trip to UCC today to receive their certs marking the completion of the STEAM programme, Engineering in a Box. This was a 10week programme where the boys explored all areas of engineering and built their own constructions. We were very lucky to have Billy with us , an engineer from PJ Hegarty.
The boys were also brought on a tour of UCC and learned some very interesting facts about the University. We hope all the boys will return to UCC to perhaps graduate with their own degree in engineering or any other amazing courses UCC have to offer!
